Today's Word is:

I'm so glad I live in south Georgia! Have a great Friday, y'all!

The house is now for sale, so I got to see the inside on the realtor's web site. It's been completely upgraded inside, so there is almost nothing recognizable. However... see that rather tall Blue Spruce in the center of the photo? My Dad planted that in the late 60's when it was a mere sapling! Dad use to take the water hose and Voila! We has us a peach of an Ice Skating Rink in this section of the yard all winter long. It actually was lots of fun! All the neighborhood kids used it too! Picture dorky kids with goofy hats and scarfs, hockey sticks and a puck. We could also pretend that we were all famous figure skaters. Ha! Remember the long knitted stocking hats with the pom-poms at the end? Yup. Now you've got the picture. Mine was orange with beige stripes I think.
Here's something I hadn't seen in a good many years! It had snowed the night before and as we were leaving the old neighborhood we passed this snow plow. We don't have these in Georgia! I also don't own a snow shovel or a windshield scraper. Fun times.
This little creek is at the dead end of the street. I thought it was very picturesque! I got out of the car to take this one... it was 18 degrees. I got right back in the car! OMG! I could never live in New England during the winter again!
Well, that's another trip down Memory Lane! I hope you all have a wonderful day!
And when MotherDear was awake, SisterDear3 had to return to her very busy life to get her 9 year old twins to bed because they had school the next day. It isn't easy getting everyone together at the same time when you have one big happy family! Here is Princess All That, Queen Crescent Moon, Duchess PMS and Empress Big Hair.
New Tiaras were given on this SisterDear Weekend! Here is Empress Big Hair with her very pregnant DIL, Princess Never Shuts Up. Her own little Princess is due to arrive mid-April, but we discovered that Tiaras are not available to little Princesses under 3 years old, so she will have to do some growing before she can get her very own Tiara.
Here is one of my nephews and his girlfriend, Duchess Shines Like the Moon.
And the littlest one in the front is one of my nieces, Marchioness Jokes a Lot. Her Tiara has genuine fake pink diamonds. Way cool!
I took over 400 photos over the 3 days, so you know there will be more coming! In the mean time, have a wonderful Wednesday!

Gandalf is really getting into Doodle Week, isn't he?! He's a regular Casanova! Ha!
Yesterday was my niece-in-law's Baby Shower! It took her at least 3 hours to open all the gifts! Wow, that was a Marathon! I took lots of photos, but I won't be able to upload them until I get back home. We came home from the shower, put on our relaxing clothes and our Tiaras and had a glass of wine with leftovers.
Today is a relaxing day, and I'm traveling back to Georgia on Tuesday, so look for photos after that.
Oh... It's snowing right now... did I already mention that? Brrrr!

The clouds were really moving fast on this particular day. Wait 10 seconds and the sky was completely different.
And No, I do not know what kind of clouds they are. However, I do have the technology to tell you that this day happened to have been Friday, January 30, 2008. Pretty, huh? But I had already scheduled my post for that day. So I saved them for you. :)
Stop by Tisha's for more great skies. And tell her I gave you the old link to the blogspot blog instead of the new link to the dot com blog -just to mess with her pretty head. :)

your SisterDear looks at the clock on her very first rainy night in Georgia and says through a humongous yawn...
...Is it just 6:30?
Yup. We're Party Animals alright :) And nope. No Tiara photos yet.
Kitty/Auntie Update:
Grayson loves Auntie to pieces and has already been in her lap.
Gandalf, not so much.
