Grayson GQ

Grayson

This is the photo I chose for the cover of Gandalf and Grayson's 2009 Calendar. Grayson is really quite gorgeous but actually rather hard to photograph. I just love this one! Suitable for framing, don't you think?

I had just found Gandalf and had no intentions of adopting another cat. However on the very day I found Gandalf, less than an hour later I also found Grayson. He was about a year old at that time and he had been abandoned at the same country vet's office. He's the most lovable cat! I can not imagine why anybody would have abandoned him. From the moment I laid eyes on him and petted him it was less than 2 seconds before I knew he was coming home with me! He is SO his Mama's boy!

The Weather Report: It is freezing here today! It's still only about 35 degrees now. I don't like it one little bit! At least it finally stopped raining and the sun is shining. I hear the high will only be about 56 today... Did someone forget to tell the weatherman that this is the Deep South, Georgia?

Grayson truly is quite the looker even if he doesn't like to pose for pictures! That is a great cover choice.

Good thing Grayson has all of that nice fluffy fur what with the cooler temperatures you're getting down there!

Him are handsome for sure. I don't know why people throw away animals. I was going to say pets, but that's not how they think of them. We just save them all can we. We do our best though.

Have a great day Barb. Big hug. :)

That is a Fantastic picture. I think it is a purrfect cover for your calender. It just stopped raining here and is clearing. Getting set for another foggy night:)

Spectacular picture. It was only 57 degrees here in Tampa today. I'm beginning to think this is Georgia.

We have much the same weather as you at the moment, though the high won't be as high. Rally I can't complain because it is at least seasonal here.

That is such a sweet story. It shows that they were meant to be together as your little kitty babies!

That's a beautiful and floofy picture. We tried to leave a comment on G&G's blog, but it said it was a duplicate! We're confuzzled.

This IS a marvelous photo! I have such trouble photographing Ms. Kitty so I admire your technique. You capture great shots of both cats.
Hugs and blessings,

What a beautiful cat and he looks so well groomed. The one long haired cat I had hated to be brushed and it was always a battle. My two cats now will let me for short periods of time during a particular time of day when they feel like it..not often..LOL..
